Processing Signed Contracts

Managing Signed Contracts

This guide will provide a detailed, step-by-step process on how to manage signed contracts within Radio Workflow. By following these steps, you will be able to review, edit, and mark contracts as scheduled, allowing for seamless management.

Accessing the Signed Contracts Section

  1. Log in to your Radio Workflow account.
  2. On the left side of your dashboard, locate the "Traffic and Administration" drop-down menu.
  3. Click on the "Signed Contracts" option within the drop-down menu. This will load your signed contracts queue, displaying all signed contracts that require your attention.

Reviewing Signed Contracts

  1. In the signed contracts queue, locate the contract you wish to review.
  2. Click on the contract, and you'll be taken to the Contract page, which will have the following information (and more):
    • Description
    • Account name
    • Contract number
    • Type of product
    • Contract amount
    • Contract duration
    • The schedule
    • Sales representative
  3. If you wish to view other contract queues, you can use the top menu bar to navigate between:
    • Sent contracts
    • Contracts being revised
    • Contracts being drafted
    • A history of Contracts already scheduled

Opening and Reviewing a Signed Contract

  1. To open a signed contract, click on the contract from the signed contracts queue.
  2. Review the contract details and ensure everything is correct.
  3. If there is a traffic order available, check if it's correct. If it is not available yet, wait for it to become available or create it later (refer to other guides for creating traffic orders).

Marking a Contract as Scheduled

  1. Once you have reviewed the contract and verified that everything is correct, click on the "Schedule" button. This will move the contract from the signed contracts queue to the history queue.
  2. To confirm that the contract has been marked as scheduled and moved, return to the signed contracts queue, and you will notice that the contract is no longer listed in this section.
